We primarily produce Giclée Prints, which are archival aqueous pigment prints. As experts in photoshop and Colour Management we also provide support for file processing, image optimization and specialty enhancements.
We also offer film scanning, limited editions and artwork reproductions (using enhanced polarised lights).
We provide advice and recommendations for framing, galleries, and various arts resources. If you have a large important project you can always contact us.
Giclée prints are the highest possible Archival standards for digital printing. Prints are rated anywhere from 100-200 years fade resistance. For best results, we recommend all prints are kept away from direct sunlight, excessive humidity, or environmental pollutants and ideally prints should be framed for maximum longevity. The Cotton Rag papers used for Giclée printing receive a 5 out of 5 rating from The Nature Conservancy for their eco-friendliness.
In comparison, C-TYPE Prints (found at most photolabs) are produced using lightjet technology. These are highly vulnerable to light and environmental changes. They can fade in as little as 5 years. They receive a 0 out of 5 rating from The Nature Conservancy for their use of petrochemicals in the paper and the significant chemical waste they produce.
We only use Canon Genuine Inks made to the strictest standard, we never use third party inks. All of our Papers are manufactured to the highest standards by leading experts in Italy, Germany and USA.
