We accept returns & process refunds in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Our timeframes for refunds are outlined below.
      Your rights as a consumer are important to us and are protected by the ACCC.         Our Return Policy complies with all the protections as outlined by the ACCC that are relevant to our products and services.
          In addition to this, we want you to be totally satisfied when you shop with us. If your order arrives damaged or the product is not what you expected, please contact us at info@artist.limited so we can do our best to fix it for you. Our policies are:
            DAMAGED ORDERS
              Orders are hand packed and leave our store in tip top condition, but we will happily replace them if they should get damaged on the way to you. Please contact us with photos of the damage within 7 days of receiving the order, so we can organise a refund or replacement.
                MISSING ORDERS
                  Current order turnaround times and AusPost estimates will vary, and if you need us to track down the location of your package please do not hesitate to contact us. If your order hasn’t arrived in the expected time frame (please add a few extra business days to be sure) let us know. In the rare event of an order not arriving, we will contact AusPost to investigate. If they’re unable to find your order (this usually takes 2-3 business days), we will send you a free replacement ASAP!
                    CHANGE OF MIND
                      If you decide an item isn’t for you, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order and we’ll be happy to organise a refund. An exception to this is custom print orders, whereby if we do printing for you of an image you provide to us, and with custom specifications provided in your order, and you change your mind after this custom order has been produced for you, then we will not accept returns or refunds in this instance. For all other items, you will need to return the item in unused, sellable condition of course. Once we’ve received your return we will check the condition of the item, and refund the full cost of the product. Please be aware though that we can’t refund shipping charges for returns, so you’ll need to pay to ship the items to us.
